Kyoko Ikemoto is company co-founder, architect of myWebDB, enterprise web IT consultant, and fondly dubbed Pai Mei by her teammates. Beginning her career in New York City in 1994, Kyoko worked her way from writing client-server programs for Bankers Trust to tackling global online inquiry systems for Chase Manhattan Bank. From developing web HR systems for McGraw Hill, R&D for AIG's Emerging Technologies, to online Risk Management for JPMorgan, Kyoko's experience and her conviction to eliminate barriers between subject matter experts and technology solutions empowered her to engineer myWebDB, a user-generated web database application platform.

COO

Geoff Malone is company co-founder, business intelligence and project management guru, and most honorably, the glue that keeps One Team Technologies whole. Pulling on his years of experience as an IT BI and PM consultant, Geoff has the skills to hassle the details while keeping the whole team focused, delivering and quite simply happy. In 1993, Geoff established the foundation of his IT career in New York where he served as IT consultant for companies such as GE Corporate, New York Life and AIG. Making the journey west to San Francisco, Geoff broadened his technology perspectives by working on products such as Passport by Indus International and ADP's Claimsflo. Most recently, he enjoyed "the place where dreams come true" when he consulted Disney in rolling out a global BI system.

The Team

Luisa Magarian is the team's Java, Ajax and Javascript powerhouse whose mindset of abundance and possibility is infectious to everyone who works with her or uses her software. Luisa is myWebDB's lead front-end engineer and is programmed with a hard-coded rule: create fantastic user experiences. Luisa is one of those extraordinary people who can do anything she puts her mind to. She is a black belt in myWebDB as well as in Ju-Jitsu and is a Phi Beta Kappa Stanford alumna. Vanessa Callison-Burch is the team's solutions architect and a shining star to One Team Technologies' clients. Unanimously voted most affable team member by her peers, Vanessa mixes business, technology, common sense and a touch of compassion to deliver excellence in her work and to those she works with. Drawing on her experiences as lead business analyst at JPMorgan Chase, Vanessa has the gift and skills to ask insightful questions, listen carefully to the answers, and build winning solutions. Vanessa graduated from Stanford with university distinction and election to Phi Beta Kappa. She is committed to social change, specifically to empowering women and children in developing countries, and pioneers One Team Technologies' philanthropy and work with non-profits. Marina Esterlis is the team's DBA and Java server-side engineer who draws on 10 years of IT consulting experience to make sure myWebDB's back-end is tick-tock like a clock. From her experience modeling and programming database applications in Oracle, DB2, Sybase, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL for e-commerce, accounting, retail, human resources and health care, Marina brings her well-rounded knowledge to myWebDB's advanced database features. Marina is happiest sharing her knowledge; she mentors women in technology and has taught data modeling courses in San Francisco. Marina is a native of Odessa, Ukraine and graduated from the Odessa Conservatory of Music with a degree in Music Theory.
